The Company’s quality
management policy is published in our Company Policy Manual and confirms
our commitment to provide products and services of an approved quality
standard that fully satisfy the Customer’s requirements.
To fulfil this commitment we have implemented and maintain a Quality Management System comprising the policies contained in the Manual and a series of documented procedures which, together, comply with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9002: 1994.
Our policy objectives for quality are to:
- Ensure that our products and services satisfy the Customer’s expectations
- Continually improve Customer satisfaction
- Develop our product range in line with technological change
- Provide a fast response in processing Customer orders and handling enquiries
- Involve all of our staff in achieving these objectives
Compliance with the requirements of our Quality Management System is mandatory. All personnel are fully committed to our quality objectives and are responsible for ensuring that the approved procedures listed in Appendix 2 of the CPM (Index of Procedures) are observed and the required quality standards are maintained.
